Michelle Ashby
Michelle founded Tipping Point in 2005 and grew it from a boutique media shop into a full-service agency known for media, analytics, PR, and creative. For nearly 20 years, she’s built decade-long client relationships by staying engaged, delivering on promises, and genuinely caring about their success.
An Ohio University grad with a B.S. in Journalism/Advertising Management, Michelle is a “Forty Under 40” honoree, Leadership Buffalo and UB CEL alum, and active nonprofit board member. Outside the office, she loves cheering at her sons’ games, being on the water, practicing yoga, and spending time with family and friends.
