Michelle founded Tipping Point in 2005 and grew it from a boutique media shop into a full-service agency known for media, analytics, PR, and creative. For nearly 20 years, she’s built decade-long client relationships by staying engaged, delivering on promises, and genuinely caring about their success.
An Ohio University grad with a B.S. in Journalism/Advertising Management, Michelle is a “Forty Under 40” honoree, Leadership Buffalo and UB CEL alum, and active nonprofit board member. Outside the office, she loves cheering at her sons’ games, being on the water, practicing yoga, and spending time with family and friends.

With 27 years of experience across agency and corporate roles, she has an eye for detail and a passion for branding and process improvement. From directing global brand strategies to leading cross-functional teams, Laura has a proven record of driving innovation, streamlining workflows, and delivering measurable results. Her leadership empowers teams, fosters collaboration, and ensures every campaign hits the highest standard. When she isn’t leading the TPX team, Laura is in the stands cheering on her girls.

Amy is all about client success. With 20+ years of marketing and sales experience, she leads day-to-day strategy and execution for major accounts, keeping deliverables on time, on budget, and on point. Her background includes over a decade managing a $20M portfolio in the hospitality sector, giving her deep expertise in traditional, digital, social, and lead-gen advertising. Skilled in forecasting, analytics, and problem-solving, Amy brings clarity and confidence to every campaign. Amy makes the whole office smile and can often be found cheering on her kids at the ball park or the theatre.

Kevin leads Tipping Point’s cross-channel media team, aligning strategy across every platform to deliver measurable results. With a strong background in digital analytics, he builds custom dashboards that keep campaigns clear, transparent, and laser-focused on client goals. Known as the “Wizard,” Kevin uncovers insights that turn good campaigns into great ones. His experience spans finance, tourism, recruitment, and home services, and he’s often the one presenting media strategies at client kickoffs and Lunch ‘N Learns.

From crafting unforgettable brand identities to steering full-scale marketing initiatives, Kieran’s work drives engagement, inspires audiences, and consistently raises the bar across industries. He’s passionate about pushing creative boundaries, ensuring every design choice supports both aesthetic impact and business goals. A proud RIT graduate, Kieran brings that same creativity to life outside the office, spending time with his fiancée and their new daughter, and finding inspiration in the world around him.

With a B.S. in Emerging Media from Ithaca College, Matt fuses technical precision with artistic instinct, whether producing award-winning films, interactive experiences, or high-performance campaign videos. A proud Upstate New Yorker, Matt brings the same passion to client edit sessions as he does to late-night jam sessions with his rock band.

A St. John Fisher University grad with a degree in Media Management, she’s always ready to turn ideas into action, and to make it fun along the way. When she’s not leading campaigns and meetings, Shannon can be found trying out the best local coffee shop or restaurant.

Trish is an accomplished media industry professional with more than 30 years of experience in media planning and buying. A master negotiator, she treats every budget like her own, stretching dollars and finding hidden value so campaigns deliver maximum impact.
Trish is a client advocate and maintains strong working relationships with clients to uncover nuances that translate into meaningful added value opportunities with media partners.
A lifelong Western New Yorker, Trish enjoys cheering on the Buffalo Bills with her husband and their two daughters.

Google Ads and Analytics certified, she keeps budgets on track, reports clear, and performance on point, all with a passion for precision that keeps campaigns humming. Sophia also enjoys traveling and being on the golf course.

Winston brings years of wisdom (and plenty of personality) to the Tipping Point team. As Kevin’s trusted sidekick, he approaches every day with curiosity, charm, and just the right amount of attitude.
When he’s not supervising campaign strategy from under Kevin’s desk, Winston can be found perfecting his sniffing skills on long walks, soaking up attention from the team, and on rare occasions, clearing the room with his “creative contributions.”

When he’s off duty, Roscoe enjoys lounging in sunny spots, sneaking extra treats, and spending time with Kieran and his family.

Brad brings 40 years of financial expertise to Tipping Point, overseeing AR, AP, payroll, and month-end reporting. Known for his results-driven approach, Brad has seen every level of financial operations, from bookkeeper to corporate accountant, giving him a unique perspective on how to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel, he’s a master of cash flow planning and data analysis, all while keeping collaboration and clear communication front and center.
