Ring in the New Year—And Thank You for 19 Years!
Help us support local non-profits in 2025.

As we welcome another year, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude for your continued support as client, partners, friends, family, and the media. Over the past 19 years, our partnership has fueled our growth and passion for helping businesses across our region thrive. We believe that when we work together, we make a lasting impact in the communities we serve.

In spirit of gratitude and in celebration of the New Year, we’re excited to announce our 2nd Annual TPX Inflection Point Program—an initiative offering pro-bono marketing services to one deserving 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in the Buffalo, Rochester, or Syracuse area with annual revenues under $1 million. By championing organizations at their “tipping point,” we channel our creativity to help them reach the critical moment when a little push creates transformative change.

The recipient will receive up to $10,000 in marketing services that can include a corporate video, crisis communications planning, design services, media planning, public relations or social media support.

  • Spread the Word: If you know of a small but mighty non-profit that could benefit from our marketing expertise, please forward this email and encourage them to apply here.
  • Deadline: Applications are due by 9pm on January 31, 2025.
  • Award: We’ll announce the 2025 TPX Inflection Point recipient on February 14, 2025.

Warm regards,
Michelle Ashby and the TPX team

Learn about the 2024 TPX Inflection Point recipient, HOPE585.

Tipping Point had the privilege of working beside Dr. Ashley Cross of HOPE585, a Rochester-based organization that provides mentoring to foster youth between ages 13-21, manages a community-supported foster home for teen girls and young women preparing to age out of foster care, provides crisis counseling to Rochester youth in crisis, and manages its Care Portal network of churches and community members that meet the immediate needs of system impacted children and families. HOPE585 advocates for community-centered approaches to mitigate neglect and poverty. The organization works directly with youth and their families to move from systemic trauma to a place of power and belonging.

Dr. Cross was amid renaming Hub585 to HOPE585 when she received a call from Michelle Ashby, CEO of Tipping Point. Michelle informed her that the organization was nominated by Causewave to receive the TPX Inflection Point award and have access to any of the company’s services for one year, up to a $10,000 value. HOPE585 worked with Tipping Point on the rebrand launch video and received social media counsel.
