Schneider Buchel, a prominent New York City-based law firm specializing in HOA and condo law, sought to expand into the upstate New York market. With this geographic expansion came the need for a refreshed brand identity that would appeal to both their existing urban clientele and potential new clients in upstate areas. The firm needed a complete overhaul of its branding, including a modernized logo, cohesive visual identity, and a fully optimized website to drive lead generation. Additionally, the challenge was to boost the firm’s visibility in a competitive market with limited search engine presence in the upstate region.
Strategy
We developed a comprehensive rebranding strategy, starting with a refreshed logo and updated color palette that communicated Schneider Buchel’s professionalism while appealing to a broader market. The website overhaul was central to this strategy, focused on both aesthetic improvements and performance optimizations. The new website design was sleek and user-friendly, with an emphasis on showcasing Schneider Buchel’s expertise in HOA and condo law. To generate more leads, we implemented SEO improvements targeting both branded and unbranded keywords, such as “attorney for homeowners association,” which saw a 179% year-over-year search increase. These targeted efforts were designed to improve organic search rankings and capture more potential clients searching for legal services in both NYC and upstate NY.
Solution
The rebranding effort led to the successful transformation of Schneider Buchel’s digital presence, positioning the firm to attract clients from upstate New York. The new logo and brand visuals resonated with a broader audience, maintaining the firm’s trusted image while modernizing its appeal. The revamped website achieved impressive performance improvements: in August 2024 alone, the site garnered 1,009 sessions, with an engagement rate of 52.73%.The firm’s Google visibility saw a 7% improvement, with top keyword rankings and a total of 503 clicks from 12,923 impressions across all queries. These efforts directly contributed to increased lead generation and bolstered the firm’s position as a leading HOA and condo law expert across New York State.
